All payments are to made either via a cheque made payable to Laura Cooper or via paypal. No paypal account is needed for this facility. Simply enter your card details once on their site
Any returns are to made within 10 days of our dispatchment of the goods. Please phone or email to receive a returns code before returning the item. You will be redeemed the amount you paid, inc postage via a cheque or paypal, depending on what method of payment you used. You will be responsible for paying the returned item unless an item is received damaged.
We aim to send out your items within 5 days but please be prepared to wait up to 10 working days for your item
